Règles de la ligue

  • All players must be registered with the league
  • Teams must arrive 30 minutes before scheduled game time
  • Proper basketball attire is required
  • Sportsmanship is mandatory - unsportsmanlike conduct will result in penalties
  • Games consist of four 10-minute quarters

Règles de jeu

  • Games follow official FIBA rules with minor modifications
  • Each team is allowed 5 fouls per quarter before penalty shots
  • Timeouts: Each team receives 3 timeouts per game
  • Overtime periods are 5 minutes long if the game is tied
  • Backboards and rims meet official height standards

Format de la ligue

The league follows a round-robin format where each team plays twice against every other team in their division. Playoffs follow with the top teams advancing to championship rounds.
